Ryan Giggs has hailed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's transformation of Manchester United's transfer policy as his former team-mates continues to turn the Red Devils' fortunes around.
Under Solskjaer, United have shifted the emphasis of their recruitment policy away from big-name signings towards younger, talented players who can grow with the club.
But Giggs says another important factor with Solskjaer at the helm is that the Norwegian is focusing on signing players who are good characters off the field as well as impressive players on it.
Solskjaer's successful signings include Harry Maguire, Daniel James and Bruno Fernandes, all of whom started well after switching to Old Trafford.
James is of course well known to Wales boss Giggs, as the Welsh winger has been turning out for his country since his Swansea City days.
